Community wide sale, benefit raffle for young dad in ICU | Community Spirit
Dakota Smith was in a very bad car accident on September 6, and is still recuperating in ICU. He and Kate have a brand new baby boy, just four months old. Proceeds from this weekend's events will go to the fund for this young family:
Everyone remember to come out to the Ore City citywide sale tomorrow! We will be selling raffle tickets, and all proceeds will go into the fund set up for Dakota Smith and Kate Crutcher.
We are raffling off many different things! We have: Scentsy stuff, bows, a homemade wreath, a round of golf for 4 people including cart fee, brand new Guess sunglasses, a color cut & fix combo, a punch card for 10 free classes of Stafford bootcamp plus a tshirt, a $25 gift card for a garter or mum, photography session, brand new fishing bait, a brand new Yeti cooler, and MORE!! Come check it out and buy some tickets!!!! Hamburgers, chips and drinks will be available, as well.
He is making progress everyday, but still has a long ways to go! tickets will be different prices the smaller priced item they will be $2 each or 3 for $5, the higher priced items tickets will be $5 each or 3 for $10, and the cooler is a $400 yeti cooler & the tickets will be $10 each or 3 for $20
The events will take place in front of the Ore City Community Center on Althea Street from 8am-3:30pm.
